James O'Brien - MD
James has been in franchising since the early 1990's when his first role saw him oversee the transition of an un-branded network of training centres into the Pitman Training franchise system. Over the next ten years James built a network of 100 training centres across the UK & Ireland.
James went on to work with a new training concept in Germany and also worked in the hotel franchise industry before an eight year stint at interim management and executive recruitment franchise Executives Online. James helped build a network of over 40 executive recruitment franchises across 10 countries before leaving to set up the UK arm of Franchise Top 10 in 2015.
James has set up Franchise Top 10 as he enjoys sharing his experiences with other franchisors on the best route to build a franchise network.
Kayti Boorman - Head of Client Engagement
Kayti has worked in franchising for over 15 years and is an expert at managing franchise projects - specifically around operations and process. Franchise recruitment is a very important process that needs to be clearly mapped out and managed - otherwise effort and cost is potentially wasted.
Kayti manages much of the process in Franchise Top 10 and interacts with our clients to share with the best practice as well as offering practical support.
Kayti works closely with our clients and our media partners to identify the best campaign channels for each client.
Amy O'Brien - Head of Client Experience
Amy is the glue behind the scenes of Franchise Top 10. She handles all of the campaign administration and analyses each campaign's performance.
Amy is new to franchising but after spending a couple of years travelling around New Zealand and Australasia she has worked in the retail industry and spent a couple of years working as a Branch Manager for Travelex.
As a client of Franchise Top 10 you can expect to be talking to Amy on a regular basis as she will prepare your monthly reports to show you the performance of your campaign.
